Sustainable Innovation is inviting London's businesses to join peers and learn how to develop your products and services sustainably.

Workshops are designed to instil, inspire and equip businesses to take a pioneering approach to overcoming complex and interrelated challenges on multiple fronts. You’ll explore opportunities to harness innovation and overcome systemic sustainability challenges - for commercial, environmental and social benefit; enabling your business to thrive whilst creating positive impact.

Workshops will be delivered through a combination of discussion, theory, design frameworks, real life case studies and success stories, feedback, and group activities.

Session two of four will explore what drives positive impact innovation and where to look for it.

Facilitator

Debbie Luffman

Debbie has over 20 years broad experience in business, mainly in the fashion and textiles sector, and runs the consultancy ThinkCircular, as a circular strategist and activist, supporting businesses and designers transition towards a positive and circular fashion ecosystem.

From 2008 - 2021 she was Product Director at pioneering, sustainable outdoor clothing brand, Finisterre, where she led ambitious initiatives to significantly reduce the brand’s environmental impact, through innovation, strategic partnerships and implementing circular business models.

Debbie is also a co-founder and passionate leader within the Fashion Declares Movement, a tutor on the CISL Business Sustainability Management course and a trustee at environmental charity Hubbub.
